History

Bourner Bullock was founded in 1883 and is one of the few firms that has retained the name with which it started.

Our founder, Mr Thomas Bullock, was made a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales on 22 September 1880 and was ‘practising’ in Stoke-on-Trent by 31 December 1883. By 31 December 1885, Mr Arthur Charles Bourner had joined Mr Bullock in practice.

Our London office was established in 1896 and continues to offer a unique service to our clients, some of whom have been with us for many years - the oldest business connection dates back to 1903.

We joined the JPA International Network as the only London member firm in 1990, enabling us to offer both UK and international services to a wide range of clients.
